It aims to make continuous improvements in the work environment, ensuring the safety of the facilities, meeting the relevant legal requirements, promoting the physical and mental well-being of the employees of Mundial SA, through a Health and Safety Management System based on the prevention of accidents, diseases, illnesses and incidents related to work.

Occupational Safety and Medicine

The company has licensed and qualified professionals who perform and conduct matters related to Occupational Health and Safety, including: Occupational Physicians, Occupational Nursing Technicians, Occupational Safety Engineers and Occupational Safety Technicians, in compliance with NR-4 of Ordinance 3214/78, to act in a preventive manner in the facilities and in the health and safety care of employees.

Clinical Medicine

In addition to occupational medicine, Mundial SA also offers clinical medicine within its facilities, with health care of employees by doctors and nursing professionals, within the internal outpatient clinics of the most effective manufacturing units, such as in the units of Caxias do Sul and Gravataí/RS.

Mundial SA has health monitoring programs for its employees, such as monitoring groups in the manufacturing units of Caxias do Sul and Gravataí/RS; dissemination of campaigns by the Ministry of Health; monitoring of absenteeism rates at work; and monitoring of rehabilitated workers.
